We allow returns of all unused and unopened items for thirty (30) days after the date on which you received your order. You can send it back to us and will receive a refund equal to the total amount paid minus a 15% restocking fee . If you want to cancel your order before its shipped NO re-stocking fee will apply.
Missing or Broken Items: All broken and/or missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
What if my product is defective?
We will process returns in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. You can return your defective product for a replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. It’s important to note that certain manufacturers require the customer to process all warranty claims directly with them. Please read your warranty carefully and immediately upon receipt of your order.
How do I send a product back?
Make sure you email email@example.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Please include either a copy of your original Sales Receipt /Invoice or a sheet of paper with your Name, Address, Phone Number, RMA Number and Reason for Return clearly typed out for our Returns Department to review.
Important: You must return ALL product components, parts and accessories.
We will not process any returns that do not meet the conditions of this Return Policy.
